ABOUT ME
Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Zaragoza with over 25 years of experience in food safety, packaging materials, and environmental analysis. Expert in advanced instrumental techniques (GC-MS, LC-MS, SPME, UPLC-QTOF) applied to volatile and non-volatile compound determination. Author of numerous high-impact international publications (Q1 journals) in analytical, environmental and food chemistry. Principal Investigator in competitive and industry-funded R&D projects, including I+D+i certification and risk assessment studies. Active in academic management, quality evaluation committees, and supervision of undergraduate and master’s theses. From a research perspective, she has obtained five research grants from the CNEAI.
