About me: Graduate in Chemistry and holder of a Master’s Degree in Food Quality, Safety and Technology from the University of Zaragoza, specialized in chocolate and sugar levels in chocolate products. PhD student in the evaluation of the migration of chemical substances from recycled and emerging materials intended for food contact. English teacher with Cambridge University Proficiency Certificate (C2). A die-hard geek specialized in Warhammer and an avid bookworm. Life can’t be all about chemistry!
