ABOUT ME

I am a professional interested in the field of food quality, with experience in laboratory work and projects focused on microorganism control. I am motivated by the development of innovative solutions that help improve food safety. In recent years, I have worked on the isolation, identification, and production of bacteriophages as an alternative for the biocontrol of bacteria responsible for diseases in crops. I have also participated in the development of active packaging designed to control the proliferation of microorganisms in different food matrices, with the aim of reducing waste and extending product shelf life.
